How to make a dragon body for Chinese Dragon Parade

1. Get a box approximately 12” x 9” x 17” without the cover.
2. Use a red poster board and cut three connected triangles with two inches below the triangles.
3. Put the box with the opening side on a  table.
4. Bend and tape the bottom of the triangular poster board on the top middle part of the box with the three triangles standing up.
5. Wrap five sides of the box with red gift wrap paper and cut an opening for the triangles to come out.
6. Decorate the sides of the box anyway you want and be creative. Here are some suggestions. You can cut circles, glue, and overlap them like scales of a dragon. You can decorate them with wings. You can decorate with your family pictures. You can draw and make it look like a dragon body.
